At VeggieVerve, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
🇺🇸 United States Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be in original condition — unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

🇨🇦 Canada Orders (International)
At this time, we do not accept physical returns from Canada due to international shipping constraints.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order:
• arrives damaged
• is defective
• or you receive the wrong item
👉 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review each case individually and may offer:
• a replacement shipment, or
• a full or partial refund
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any issue, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used items (including broken seals)
• Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original product (U.S. orders only) and place a new order.
💳 Refunds
Once your return (U.S. only) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or customer account
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
