How Do Subscriptions Work?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the delivery interval you choose. After each successful renewal, your products will be shipped directly from VeggieVerve to your doorstep—no need to place an order manually!

For example, if you select a monthly subscription, your card will be charged each month, and your discounted products will be delivered to you automatically.

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?

Yes, absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal—unless your subscription plan has a minimum number of required payments before cancellation is allowed.

You can access the customer portal through the magic link sent to your email when you first subscribed. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription by creating an account on our website.



Can I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?

Yes, you can skip or reschedule upcoming charges via the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a “Skip Payment” button and a “Reschedule” option next to the delivery date for your convenience.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?

Definitely. You can add, remove, or modify products in your subscription anytime through the customer portal. Simply click the “Edit” button in the product section and make your changes.

What If a Payment Fails?

If a renewal payment fails, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method and ensure uninterrupted deliveries.
