How to take it?
For optimal use of Dr. Mission's Colon Cleanser, the suggested dosage is 4 Fl. Oz approximately four times a week, or every other day. For a more intensive cleanse, particularly for specific health concerns, you may take the same dosage daily over a 1-4 week cycle. After completing the cycle, revert to the every-other-day schedule. It's recommended to take the cleanser a few hours before bedtime, post your last meal, to maximize its cleansing effect. Since the tonic has a bitter taste, consuming an orange or any citrus fruit followed by a glass of water after taking the dose can help offset the bitterness.
